  I'm not sure where the exceptions list concept came into play, as I am not 
on one AFAIK. I currently access the net through a large provider (Charter 
Pipeline), but I have also used an itty-bitty provider. It seems there is no 
such list the best I can tell.

  Tell me, then, are you denying that you sent the flames that Hank claimed 
your did? I've talked to Hank before (in fact just this past week), and found 
him to be very reasonable. Maybe you just needed to tell him it was an error?
