Download.kde.org

Hi,

I have a prototype of a new frontend for download.kde.org at
http://download.kde.com/ .  On the final one I suspect the content will be
surrounded by the usual KDE.org theme. 

Please test and provide feedback, it should be up by Monday for the 3.0.5
release.  (Hint:  after you have made a server selection, try going there
again).

A nice first test URL might be:

  http://download.kde.com/stable/3.0.1/

and for the second try

  http://download.kde.com/stable/3.0.4/

Possible future enhancements:

 (1) on release days, check that a mirror is synced before redirecting there
 (2) make a finer-grained image map
 (3) if there is no server in the selected region, suggest nearby ones
