kde-www now getting webmaster at kde.org emails

All emails sent to 'webmaster at kde.org' are now being redirected to the 
kde-www mailing list.  This is in the hopes that more mails will get 
answered (up from the current "almost none").

Basically, if you can answer a question or commit a fix, do it and reply to 
the original CCing it to webmaster so that everybody else knows that the 
issue was taken care of.
