As physos + jasone + me are the kde.org maintainer, think our ok would be 
enough for that procedure ;)

- From my side, I have no problems that there could be apps in the feed which 
don't use kde libs or even qt, as long as they are really kde 
related/relevant. What means "kde relevant" is surely a problem, but I would 
have no problems to let you decide that from case to case. (if somebody in of 
us three don't agree with an special app, can be handled in private mail just 
fine I guess)

As you see, you would only need now the agreement of the other 2 maintainers, 
perhaps ask them in private mail again or CC this mail to them (if they have 
too much to do to watch that list)
