Inclusion of "Konstruct" in www.kde.org's application news

Hello kde-www,

Andreas Pour told me that "the www.KDE.org web designers did not want Qt-only 
apps listed" in apps.kde.com feed for application news on http://www.kde.org.

"Konstruct" is a build toolset for installing KDE and for this reason doesn't
depend on KDE. I asked Andreas for an exception like for Qt but he insists
that I would need the "agreement of the KDE.org webteam" for this, sigh. :-|

Then, who has to agree or better is there anyone who disagree to list it?
