Installing Emerge failed

Hi,
Just for the backlog as we already solved the issue on IRC.
The issue was caused by an old wget.exe in PATH.

I tried to setup emerge under windows, but the skript failed to complete.I followed the instuctions on https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows.You can find the console Output here: https://paste.kde.org/p3njubnjg.Can someone help, please?
