Installing Emerge failed

I tried to setup emerge under windows, but the skript failed to complete.
I followed the instuctions on https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows.
You can find the console Output here: https://paste.kde.org/p3njubnjg.
Can someone help, please?
