KDE for windows new version

Hi,

I want to ask if there will be a new version of KDE for Windows in the near future. I am looking particularly for editor "Kate". In the newest version there is a bug, that line numbers in editor don't correspond to actual line numbers. Or if you know about some way to fix this.
