Skrooge Personal Accounting S/W Installation difficulty and Web Pages Accession Difficulty

Googolplex Thanx for offering Skrooge Personal Accounting S/W!

I downloaded skrooge-1.7.1.tar.bz2 and extracted it with WinRar in Windows
7. The extracted

destination folder contains no Application / .exe files to call the app,
create shortcut icon on the

desktop etc.,

Also in your website, most of the buttons like submit contact us form etc.,
get only an error page saying,
"Error
