That sounds weird, can you tell me which compiler you have chosen?
Depending on the compiler please compare the attica.dll or libattica.dll with
the one contained in one of these packages:
msvc:
http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/releases/stable/4.10.2/attica-vc100-0.4.1-bin.tar.bz2
mingw 32bit:
