Just wanted to try KDE on Windows 4.10.2 but none of the applications work. I
gives an error about C:\ProgramData\KDE\bin\attica.dll "not being mean for
running on Windows or being broken"

1. Launch System Settings, Kate, Dolphin, whatever

Get this message

Application works :-)
