What is the matter

Dear Sir/ Ma,
I have downloaded KDE using windows installer on one of my machine.It is
working perfectly.
However, my download on the other  machine using the option-"install with
debug packages" did not  not show the KDE release on the start menu.How do I
correct  this anomally?. Many thanks
