Missing pt-br on Kde Windows 4.8.0

Hello,

As discussed in the forum (
http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=108859&p=255566), the language
pt_br is missing in the 4.8.0 kde installer for windows, even the files of
the language are available in the right directory.

Does anyone know the reason?
