libgomp is the normalized OpenMP extension to fork thread on separate
CPU (as with dual core computer.)

It used in digiKam in some place, as RAW demosaicing (through libraw/libkdcraw)

OpenMP for GCC must be installed as well to resolve depency. I don't
know if this package exist somewhere in KDE installer.

Alternative, is to use package compiled with M$ MSVC compiler. OpenMP
support exist too in this compiler (it's a standard). But of course
you need to re-install whole KDE on your windows.
