standalone installer for KDE aps?

Hello all,

on my home computer I have Ubuntu, so Kgeography works without any
additional preparation.
Unfortunately, I have one Windows-based computer without Internet
connection.

As I can see on download page, there is only possibillity to download
KDE-windows application which retrieve data from Internet.
My idea was to use such aps as Fidler to check all sended request and
concluds what is exactly downloaded.
Maybe there's easier way to do it?
As I mentioned, the only app which I am interested is KGeography?
Could anybody give any idea, how to do it, please?
