done in the wiki but not in kdesettings-example.

according to this
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4/Windows/subversion#Configure_Subversion_PuTTY_Tunnel
the tunnel is called putty, so it must be svn+putty://, 
svn+ssh:// would not work (I tried it)
