[Announcement] Update of windows.kde.org available

Hi Ralf,

the website looks great.
But to be honest I'm more interested in an announcement about a new KDE on windows release. Is there any chance to get a 4.5.1 release with DigiKam included in the near future?

Thank you very much for your good work and keep on going with this great project !!!
