About bulding Kdbg (KDE debugger) for MS Windows.

Hello, this is a request for the KDE Windows team to build the new
development branch of Kdbg (The KDE debugger), since it is based on
KDE4, isn't it buildable on Windows?
For me gcc(min-gw) + Kdbg would be better than any other Windows based
IDE, and since gcc and gdb are already ported to Windows, the next
step to have Kdbg.
