gluon package

Hi all,

I was thinking of adding a gluon package to portage, but I'm new to
this so I had a few questions.

- Gluon has requirements that have Windows installers, and the CMake
stuff tests for their presence, but is there some special place the
requirements have to be installed for CMake to find them properly?
i.e. somehwere in %KDEROOT% instead of in Program Files?

- Since the requirements have Windows installers, there's no need to
add packages for them into portage, right?
