[4.4.1] Downloaderror (mysql)

Hi list,
running the installer, I noticed that a failurewindow opens saying something like "wrong URL" . I klicked to "ignore" and the download runs on. After installing the packages, I started "kmail.exe" but a list of failures was shown:

So I looked to ..\kde\data\mysql and found it EMPTY. I think that the downloadfailure is the reason why :-(

How to repair this problem?

NB: In a former installation (4.3.4.) ..\data\mysql is filled with data
