Hi everybody,

as some of you might already have seen, Patrick and I set up ccache for
the mingw4 build on the buildserver. ccache is a compiler cache and
comes from http://ccache.samba.org/. The total runtime of all windows
packages for mingw4 went down from >12 hours to now less then 5 hours,
simply by reducing compile time (even though some packages still failed).
We hope to fix the remaining bugs soon, and hope to take advantage of
this from now on.
