showstopper problem with kmail filenames with colons - file names that are not allowed on windows

Thanks for quick response.
I've found no '!' in this dir:
c:\Documents And Settings\karolrvn\AppData\Roaming\.kde\share\apps\kmail\

But then, there is no is no suffix similar to "_2,S:2,S" at all - I described 
this in my other post in this thread.
Did you use '!' also for
/home/karolrvn/.kde/share/apps/kmail/karolrvn:@hosthidden.com:110
?
However Windows version of KMail does not seem to create equivalent files in
c:\Documents And Settings\karolrvn\AppData\Roaming\.kde\share\apps\kmail\

But Linux version of KMail (which I use in VirtualBox as a temporary measure), 
modified this file today:

/home/karolrvn/.kde/share/apps/kmail/karolrvn:@hosthidden.com:110

So how come that one Windows version does not have such files at all (tested on 
a test account) and Linux version actively uses (at least modifies) them?
