Installer 0.9.6-5 release

Hi all,

this week a new version of the installer was uploaded to 
http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.6-5.exe. 

This version enables installing of nightly kde builds. 

The related changelog is listed below
