Gwenview doesn't work!

Hi All,

After installing KDE 4.2.95 Release by the installer I couldn't run 
Gwenview on my PC. I got the following error message:

kipi.dll



OS: Windows Xp SP3
Installer: 0.9.6-4
Compiler: vc90
Repos. http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/releases/
