Thanks, the problem was in the mirrors. as soon as I input the link 
above the problem solved.

I mean all of them. I think it's better to store all the configurations 
in a single database, thus the installer will be more stable for 
portability because I suffer a lot when I download KDE from coffee net 
then install it in my home PC. The current installer depending on 
absolute paths stored in flat text files.
