Compiling aspell-src, no ld found

basically this is due to aspell expecting the aspell.conf in C:\etc\
iirc. The binary package should have a patch for it already so it
expects its aspell.conf in %KDEROOT%\etc\, maybe I forgot to add it to
the -src package. I will check back later.

'aspell.exe dump config' gives you the current configuration so you can
see what to change.
