msn was not build because kopete recently switched to libmsn and I
forgot this.
icq and jabber work fine with current svnHead which shouldn't differ
much with 4.2rc1
The kde filedialog is not used by anyone so I guess nobody noticed -
file a bug - maybe someone can fix it (not me!)
