installer update function; kioslaves

Hi.

1.
When installing KDE 4.2 on windows I saw a lot non-KDE packages in the list (even PyQt4!).
But when, after installing kdesdk and deps, I ran installer in
apdate/add mode, I only saw KDE and aspell packages.
I couldn't change the mirror to see if that's the mirror problem.
(I wanted to install krosspython to enable some actions in Lokalize)
Should I fill a bugreport?

2.
I have a bugreport that says Lokalize creates alot of kioslaves while running (windows only):

Is this somehow related to KDirModel?
Should I reassign the bugreport to you?
If you don't have any first guesses on how to deal with the problem,
then I'll just set up SDK environment on windows on my computer to investigate...
