FindQt4.cmake synced with the version from cmake

Hi,

our FindQt4.cmake in kdelibs/cmake/modules/ is now basically synced with the 
version from current cmake.
The big change today was to merge the way how the libraries are found from the 
cmake-version into ours.
I tested it here on my linux box and didn't notice any problems.

Please give it a good try, especially on Windows and OSX, and let me know if 
there are problems (should be mostly that libraries are not found).
