@Gael: sorry for the thing with the sqlite dll:
I fixed it on winkde.org-mirror (use the url you found) and restart the
installer;
uncheck the 'skip basic settings pages' and then please use 'packager mode';
Keep everything as it is until the final package overview.
In the category win32libs, you can find the sqlite package, install it and
kmail should work more or less (please still be *very* careful with it as data
loss might happen!).
@Steffen: I will wait until you confirmed that your original problem is fixed
now until I close the bug.
