Well, I had several problems :
- [1] konqueror starting but not rendering web pages because of missing plugin
- [2] Kate not wanting to open files
- [3] Kmail not starting because of missing sqlite3.dll

1 and 2 are fixed by installing KDE again with the new mirror, kmail still
misses sqlite3.dll.

So well, yes, I'd say I no longer have this bug !

OT : Kopete is now very stable and I'm using it any time I have to use windows.
I also like having dolphin. And I'm also thrilled by the speed of KDE
applications under windows compared to my beloved Linux ... resizing is
shockingly smooth, I've never thought this was possible. Enough digressing ...
