Amarok KDE 4.2.2 and Windows 7

I think the only Amarok build available at the moment is the 2.0.1 in 
the KDE 4.2.1 directory (it's not in the 4.2.2 tree).

Both 2.0.2 and 2.1.0 beta 1 seem to be missing in action.
