Can't start kate in 4.1.3 stable

The qt-COMPILER-4.4.3-1-bin.tar.bz2 should contain it, where COMPILER is 
either 'mingw' or 'msvc'. I just checked both, they should be ok.

You need to get a newer installer to see that there is no unstable for 
4.1.3 ;-).
