Application icons in Explorer

Hi everyone.

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up that I intend to install a 
development environment for KDE-Windows, and to fix all (or at least some) 
the missing application icons as noted by Christian [1].

I currently have the binary environment for an initial test drive, but I will 
swap that out for svn (I have a kde svn account).

If there is any reason for me *not* to fix the CMakeLists.txt as noted, please 
let me know. :-)
