kde4_add_app_icon() has to be added to every CMakeLists.txt. This was 
only done for kdeedu, kdegames and kdesdk for now. system apps like 
dbus-daemon don't have an icon at all.
Since this is very low priority, a bug report won't speed up this issue :)
