problem with destination dir in l10n-kde4

Hi!

Short summary of the situation.

Installing with l10n-kde4-branch works now and I changed the kdeglobals,
but the language of kontact doesn't switch to German.
It seems like the language files are in the wrong directory:
they are under KDEROOT/de/share/locale/de/...
