State of kdeutils package

Hi,

now that I have subscribed again due to the latest Okteta issues I, as 
kdeutils coordinator, would like to pass a question to you: 

On 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Windows/Installation#Package_status_and_contents 
kdeutils is the only module with the status "not packaged". And for Okteta I 
have been also told that it is not available in the installer recently.
What is the reason for this? What kind of help would you need to have the 
package kdeutils done?
