kdeutils: unresolved symbols in okteta

We both use msvc2005 sp1. Maybe Jaroslaw has an old (installed) header 
around.
There can't be an unresolved symbol because the clss is properly 
exported and also not completly in the header and therfore the linker is 
aware of this class.
