dbus-daemon.exe taking 99% CPU

Sorry, I was without the kde for windows installer to check version, but
here it goes:

F:\kde4.1\bin>dbus-daemon.exe --version
D-Bus Message Bus Daemon 1.2.1

Yes, I know you should not mix binaries, but hey, I was getting a 99% cpu,
what could be worse than that other than loosing my windows machines? ;)
But worry not, after that I've uninstalled, cleaned directories and did a
clean install with only visual studio binaries.
