Okteta still too large on first start on windows? (was: Re: How old are the current builds for windows?)

No, maybe the reason is that a workaround is possibly platform dependend, 
other than hoped for:

Could someone please test and tell me if on the first start of Okteta (no 
config files around for it) the mainwindow is too large (because of all 
docked tools being shown next to each other)?
