www.winkde.org is the master server for kde on windows from wich
packages are mirrored to the hidden ktown.kde.org by members of the
kde-windows team. From ktown.kde.org all kde mirrors are synced;
ktown.kde.org and all other kde mirrors are not under control of the
kde-windows team.
