Installer does not list any files in Package Selection

> PatrickI did look at mirrors.lst and tried to pick one that had been
updated already (the columbia.edu mirror) but it still did not show
anything.  I also tried to put in the path for the tds.net mirror too but
still nothing.  I can't use FTP here so I didn't try that.  The config.txt
in the columbia mirror gave a version of 4.1.0 too, so maybe it didn't
completely sync?  I'm not sure how the installer and the mirrors interact.
