emerge, subversion: shouldn't packge be renamed to 1.5.0

I also could have fixed it, but I wasn't sure about the policy,
so I'd thought I'd better asked.

So for the policy: If I notice a portage file.py name which is not named after
its default target, should I just plainly rename it on sight? Or ask here
or somewhere else?
