KDE4 windows binary distribution

I've uploaded a new installer version 0.8.5 which is able to handle the 
specific kde mirror layout. You can download the installer from 
http://download.cegit.de/kde-windows/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.5.exe

Also the last 3.97.20071231 unstable release is distributed on the kde 
mirrors and is accessable from 29 mirrors from all over the world (for 
the list of mirrors see http://download.cegit.de/kde-windows/mirrors.lst).

To use the additional mirror start installer, if you are running the 
installer the first time, it will guide through the several required 
setttings .

If you have already used the installer, start the installer, click on 
the "settings" button, choose a mirror and press okay. Then the 
installer will update the available package from the related server. If 
the requested server is offline the installer will use a fallback server 
automatically.

If there are any problem with the mirror system, please report to this 
list.

Please note that currently ftp server cannot be accessed. This requires 
extending the installer. Christian has told me, that he is working on 
this. Very good.
