Looking for hints on getting kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.0-1.exe to work

Pity (if "no, we can't do away with registry etc." is what you meant).

I had it, only didn't find it, for some reason.

Kstars runs well, apart from some flakiness in not reacting/being
inordinately slow on button clicks, but I've had Konqueror crash.
