What's the latest version of binaries for kdewin-installer?

When I last ran kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.0-1.exe
it reconnected me to the last mirror I chose (gatech.edu) and I think it 
downloaded from 
http://ftp.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/kde/unstable/4.0.60/win32/

But many of my downloaded KDE packages are numbered 4.00.80, e.g.
    kdelibs-msvc-4.00.80.20080120-lib.tar.bz2 dated 2008-01-25
and 4.00.80 is what Help > About KDE reports.

There's now a 4.0.61 with more recent packages, but the installer seems 
to think 4.00.80 is bigger than 4.0.61 so it doesn't update any of my 
packages.


Also is it by design that the installer reconnects me to an earlier 
download directory?   When I reran the installer it defaulted to 
http://ftp.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/kde/unstable/4.0.60/win32/ ;
I had to choose a 4.0.61 download host.
