kdewin-installer crashes when some packages are clicked

kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.1-2.exe crashes when I try to remove kdesdk-msvc
version 4.0.65. The crash happens immediately when the package's line is
clicked.

The crash message from Windows 2000 claims that the crashed program is named
kdewin-installe.exe.
