Update some win32libs packages

Hi,

I've updated some win32libs packages. They're generated with the help of
Holgers script and are available in svn. It's possible that you get some
linker errors because the old packages did not follow the import lib
naming scheme. In this case remove the cmake cache entry and start over.

Hope all packages are fine. If they don't work, let me know :)
