compiling KDE with emerge (under WINE)

probably you should have a look into the techbase article
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4/Windows/emerge
and into the help;
your options shouldn't do anything except making the dry run...
you won't see anything happen.
C:\kde\root\emerge\bin>emerge kdebase
will hopefully give you a better start.
