Missing files in win32libs

Hi,
 
there are some problems with the current versions of some of the win32libs'
files.
- libpng-*lib.zip don't contain any msvc libs at all, only mingw (they are,
however, included in the full archive)
- libxml-*lib.zip doesn't contain lib/ directory at all (it is included in
the full xml*.7z archive)
- pcre-*.zip contains only debug libraries for MSVC (pcre*d.lib). The
non-debug libs (without d suffix) are nowhere to be found, not even in the
full archive. copying the pcre*d.lib files to pcre*.lib seems to work,
though...
